Head-Out Towing Sample Clauses

Head-Out Towing. Grantee hereby agrees to provide towing services pursuant to the provisions of this contract when called upon by the Richmond Hill Police Department. The Chief of Police or his designee will be responsible for compliance and enforcement of this agreement. Such towing services will include removal and storage of all automobiles, trucks and other vehicles, which, by reason of appearing to need protection or be lost, stolen, disabled, or obstructed, or for whatever reason, are taken into custody or possession, except abandoned, derelict, or designated: drug: vehicles, by the Richmond Hill Police Department from any public street, avenue, alley, right-of-way, or other public way, place or area within the boundaries of Richmond Hill, Georgia. The Richmond Hill Police Department or designee will maintain a Head-Out List of approved wrecker services and each wrecker service shall be given rotating calls for each request for assistance from the City.

  • Connecting Transmission Owner’s Scope of Work and Responsibilities The Connecting Transmission Owner will design, construct, own, operate and maintain all Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities, except as otherwise stated above and in the Project Specific Specifications. The Connecting Transmission Owner will complete all engineering reviews, field verifications and witness testing, etc. in accordance with the ESBs and the Project Specific Specifications. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall complete all wiring, testing and commissioning of the RTU.

  • Towing Contractor shall meet all requirements set forth in Title 46 CFR, Part 15 for Towing Assistance. Unless otherwise specified in the work request, Purchasers require a dead-ship tow plan to be approved by the Coast Guard in accordance with the Puget Sound Harbor Safety Committee for vessels over 50-feet, unless the Coast Guard deems the plan unnecessary. Contractor is responsible to obtain a tow plan and provide Purchaser with an approved copy at least one (1) business day prior to the tow. The plan is located on the Puget Sound Harbor Safety Committee’s website under the Safety Plan link on the left side of the page (xxxx://xxxxx.xxx/about). This site will have the most update version of the plan.
