Public Way Clause Samples

The 'Public Way' clause defines what constitutes public property or areas, such as streets, sidewalks, alleys, or other public rights-of-way, within the context of the agreement. It typically clarifies which spaces are considered public and may specify the rights and responsibilities of the parties when using or accessing these areas, for example, for construction, maintenance, or utility work. This clause ensures that both parties understand the boundaries and permissions related to public spaces, helping to prevent disputes over access or use of public property.
