Hayden Condo Service Provider Validation; Hayden Condo Occupant and Guest Validation. Hayden Condo shall have the right to provide its service providers, including without limitation, agents from the Hayden Condo’s property management company, facility maintenance and repair personnel, and utility providers, access to the West Lot free of charge (or if such service providers reasonably require access to the Parking Structure, provide such service providers access to the Parking Structure free of charge for a time period no longer than reasonably necessary for such service providers to complete their work). In the event that a Hayden Condo service provider parks in the Parking Structure Commercial Area, such service provider shall park, whenever possible, in a designated Loading Zone (defined in Section 3.8 of this Agreement), and shall not be subject to the thirty (30) minute time limit described in Section 3.8. Hayden Condo service providers shall be indentified by reasonable methods, including but not limited to validation sticker, stamp, or a vendor list kept with the booth attendant. The Parking Area Business Plan shall list service providers which are deemed to reasonably require access to the Parking Structure. Hayden Condo shall have the right to provide to the owners of each condominium unit or the tenant or other occupant of such unit (each “Condo Occupant”) and such Condo Occupant’s guests and invitees, access to the Parking Area free of charge on Saturdays, Sundays, and weekdays between the hours of 5:00 pm and 8:00 am, except during Special Events (in accordance with Section 3.12 of this Agreement). The access provided under this Section shall be subject to validation requirements as provided in the Parking Area Business Plan. The Parking Area Business Plan shall xxxxx Xxxxxx Condo a total number of monthly validations for guests and invitees of Condo Occupants to park in the Parking Structure Commercial Area, which total number shall not be less than the sum of (a) five (5) times the number of one (1) bedroom units in Hayden Condo; (b) eight (8) times the number of two (2) bedroom units in Hayden Condo; and (c) twelve (12) times the number of three (3) bedroom units in Hayden Condo.

  • Teaching Staff Assigned to More Than One Building Each Educator who is assigned to more than one building will be evaluated by the appropriate administrator where the individual is assigned most of the time. The principal of each building in which the Educator serves must review and sign the evaluation, and may add written comments. In cases where there is no predominate assignment, the superintendent will determine who the primary evaluator will be.

  • Outpatient emergency and urgicenter services within the service area The emergency room copay applies to all outpatient emergency visits that do not result in hospital admission within twenty-four (24) hours. The urgicenter copay is the same as the primary care clinic office visit copay.

  • EDUCATIONAL IMPROVEMENT A leave of absence without pay of up to one (1) contract year may be granted to any employee, upon application, for the purpose of engaging in study at an accredited college or university reasonably related to professional responsibilities.

  • Scope of Interconnection Service 1.3.1 The NYISO will provide Energy Resource Interconnection Service to Interconnection Customer at the Point of Interconnection.
