Handbook Committee. A committee of three (3) shall be elected from the bus drivers classification to serve in an advisory capacity in the development of the comprehensive handbook of rules and regulations. The handbook would be reviewed annually and revisions would be recommended if necessary.
Handbook Committee. There shall be a Handbook Committee established. This committee shall meet at least twice yearly to review the Handbook and advise both the District and the Association of the need to update and/or revise such Handbook. The Handbook Committee shall be comprised of the Director of Transportation and/or designee; two (2) non• members of the Association appointed by the Director of Transportation; and not more than four (4) members of the Association appointed by the Union. The Association and Districts agree that the items listed in the Handbook are not subject to the Grievance Procedure. Prior to publication, the Handbook will be reviewed by the MSTA Executive Board to ensure no contractual items are contained.
