Governing Law and Competent Court. 1. Dutch law shall be applicable to all agreements between UnScared and the Client.
Governing Law and Competent Court. 1. The agreement concluded by the client with Ipsos BV shall be governed by Dutch law.
Governing Law and Competent Court. The Contract and all ensuing agreements are governed by the laws of the country where the relevant Nutreco company has its registered office. Applicability of the United Nations Convention on contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is explicitly excluded. Any dispute arising from the Contract or from any ensuing further agreements shall be settled by the competent court of the place where the relevant Nutreco company has its registered office. The aforesaid does not affect Nutreco's right to submit the dispute to a court of law of a jurisdiction which would have been competent by law or under an international convention had this provision not been included, and to accord preference, if it elects, to application of the law in force in that jurisdiction.

The Agreement and any dispute, whether contractual or non-contractual, arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to its choice of law rules. The Parties agree that the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement. 20.2. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating directly or indirectly to this Agreement, not capable of satisfactory amicable resolution within thirty (30) days after written notice sent by one Party to the other Party setting forth with specificity any such controversy or claim, shall be finally settled by the competent courts of Japan. 20.3. Supplier accepts and agrees that solely Purchaser may, at its own discretion and in lieu of starting court proceedings under article 20.2, choose to finally settle any controversy or claim arising out of or relating directly or indirectly to this Agreement by arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with the said Rules. 20.4. Nothing in this Agreement prevents or prohibits Purchaser or Supplier from seeking urgent interim relief in any court of competent jurisdiction, including pre-arbitral attachments, temporary restraining orders, temporary injunctions, permanent injunctions and/or orders of specific performance, as may appear reasonably necessary to preserve its rights. 21.
Governing Law and Competent Court. 11.1. All Parking Agreements and these terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
