Parking Agreements means all material agreements now or hereafter existing covering or affecting Game patron parking at or near the Arena, or, after its completion, the similar agreements related to the Arena/Complex (including shuttle and remote parking), and any and all amendments thereto or substitutions therefor and any and all other agreements of a similar nature or providing similar services between Ascent Sports, Avalanche sub or Nuggets Sub and any other Person.

More Definitions of Parking Agreements

Parking Agreements means, as applicable, a Parking Agreement between the City, the Developer, and the Parking Operator for: (i) the Surface Parking Lot; (ii) one or more Parking Garages, and (iii) Lots M, N and P incorporating the terms set forth in ARTICLE XII hereof.

Parking Agreements means that certain Covenant and Agreement Regarding Parking dated as of August 5, 1988 and recorded in the Official Records on August 5, 1988 as Instrument No. ▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, by and between AP Properties, Ltd. (a prior owner of the adjoining parking structure) and Century Plaza Hotel Limited Partnership (a prior owner of the Hotel), as (i) amended by that certain Amendment to Covenant and Agreement Regarding Parking dated as of July 1, 1999 and recorded in the Official Records as Instrument No. 00-0018009, and (ii) modified by Section 16(m) of that certain Agreement Regarding Parking Spaces (Tower Parcel) dated as of January 20, 2005 by and among Century City Garage Partners, L.P., Avenue of the Stars Associates, L.L.C. and Seller.

Parking Agreements means (i) that certain Lot 4 Parking Lease by and between New Orchard I-25 Ventrue, LLP and Del Frisco's of Colorado, Inc., dated April 1, 2005 and (ii) those certain provisions of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale by and between ▇▇ ▇▇ Industrial, L.P. and Big Steak, LP, dated October 12, 2005 referenced in that certain Memorandum of Parking Rights by and between ▇▇ ▇▇ Industrial, L.P. and Big Steak, LP, dated as of January 11, 2006 and recorded as Instrument No. 2006005917 in the Official Public Records of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Texas.

Parking Agreements means (i) that certain [Parking Management Agreement], dated February, 2001, between H/P Commercial Services, a Virginia corporation and Colonial Parking, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Parking Management Agreement”), (ii) that certain Agreement of Covenants, Conditions, Easements and Restrictions between King Street I L.C. and King Street II L.C., dated June 30, 1997 as amended by that certain Amended and Restated Agreement of Covenants, Conditions, Easements and Restrictions between King Street I L.C. and King Street II L.C., dated May 6, 1998 (the “Parking REA”), and (iii) that certain [Parking Operating Agreement], dated January 14, 1999, between King Street I L.C., a Virginia limited liability company and Fairfield Communities, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Parking Operating Agreement).

Parking Agreements has the meaning given in Section 6.8.
