Each party shall be responsible for its share of the arbitration fees in accordance with the applicable Rules of Arbitration.
Failing such agreement, the dispute shall be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce, by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with the said Rules.
Any dispute that cannot be amicably settled that arises out of this Agreement shall be referred to arbitration and shall be conducted pursuant to the Rules of Arbitration of the London Court of International Arbitration from time to time in force.
