General Merchandise Clerks. Department Heads that regularly supervise and direct the activities of ten (10) or more employees on a weekly basis shall receive fifty cents (50¢) per hour above the contractual straight-time hourly rate of pay established under the Agreement for the General Merchandise Clerks Department Head (hired or promoted after 8/7/81) classification of employment.

General Merchandise Clerks. General Merchandise Clerks shall be defined as employees who work in the store’s general merchandise/variety areas, and who receive, unload, sort, handle, service, and stock bulk foods, ice, items generally considered within the retail industry to constitute "general merchandise, variety, and/or HBC" items, including cleaning supplies, school supplies, stationery, gift wraps, party supplies, health products, disposable diapers, nutritional supplements, cosmetics, beauty aids, household hardware, pet supplies and soap products (excluding laundry detergent, bleach and similar household products).

  • Catering Cafeteria style of serving meals will be acceptable, providing dishes are carried back by the Culinary Staff. The food shall be of good quality and have the approval of the Camp Committee of the Building and Construction Trades Council of Ontario. There shall be sufficient housekeeping staff supplied by the Culinary Workers to keep the bunkhouses clean, and beds shall be made up each day by such staff. Kitchen facilities, equipment and food supplies shall be subject to inspection by the duly authorized Camp Committee at any and all times and further all grievances shall be dealt with by said Committee.

  • Alcoholic Beverages Costs of alcoholic beverages are unallowable.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • The Merchant (Customer) undertakes to comply with all the terms and conditions of this contract and all laws relevant to the subject matter of this contract.

  • Containers The marine and intermodal cargo containers either owned or leased by the Borrower and employed by the Borrower in the conduct of its business, including, without limitation, refrigerated, dry van, tank, open top and flat rack containers and refrigeration units and generator sets associated therewith, but excluding any chassis for such containers.

  • Procurement of Goods and Services (a) If the HSP is subject to the procurement provisions of the BPSAA, the HSP will abide by all directives and guidelines issued by the Management Board of Cabinet that are applicable to the HSP pursuant to the BPSAA.
