HOLIDAY GUARANTEE. 1. Full-time employees scheduled to work on a holiday shall be guaranteed eight (8) hours’ work on such holiday. A part-time grocery employee may be scheduled to work on a holiday for a number of hours not less than those usually worked by him on the day on which the holiday falls. For Meat Department employees the holiday guarantee for part-time employees shall be as defined in Article 5-B- 1 of this Agreement. All Clerk’s Helpers who are required to perform work on any of the holidays enumerated in Article 7 shall be guaranteed four (4) hours’ work on those days as long as they are able and available to work those hours.
