GAME ROOM. Please respect the condition of these amenities and do not rough house or play hard around them. Children should always be monitored while using these amenities. Excessive wear and tear or misuse will result in repair or replacement cost at Guest(s) responsibility. • If the Guest wishes to shoot pool then the ping-pong tabletop should be stored in an area away from other guests. GAME ROOM. Landlord currently provides a game room (the “Game Room”) in the Building capable of accommodating groups of people for use by Building tenants (including Tenant) on a reserved basis. Tenant shall, subject to availability, have the use of the Game Room subject to Landlord’s procedures and charges, if any. The use of the Game Room shall be subject to the reasonable rules and regulations (including rules regarding hours of use and priorities for the tenants of the particular building in which a Game Room is located, set up and clean up charges, etc.) established from time to time by Landlord for the Game Room. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that the terms and provisions of Section 10.2 (Tenant’s Indemnity) of this Lease shall apply to Tenant’s use of the Game Room. Further, Landlord shall have no liability whatsoever with respect to the existence, condition or availability of any Game Room nor shall Landlord have any obligation whatsoever to enforce or make reservations thereof, and Tenant hereby expressly waives all claims against Landlord with respect to the same. No expansion, contraction, elimination, unavailability or modification of the Game Room, and no termination of or interference with Tenant’s rights to the Game Room, shall entitle Tenant to an abatement or reduction in rent or constitute a constructive eviction or an event of default by Landlord under this Lease. Tenant’s right to use the Game Room shall belong solely to Tenant and may not be transferred or assigned without Landlord’s prior written consent, which may be withheld by Landlord in Landlord’s sole discretion. GAME ROOM. The game room contains electrical devices. For the safety of both adults and children, dry clothes and shoes are required for use of anything in the game room. Please supervise children playing in the game room. No electronic devices, including Multicade Game Machine, Wurlitzer Juke Box, and Super Nintendo Games, shall be operated while in wet clothes or while barefooted.

  • Games The Private Party shall not be entitled to introduce any arcade type amusement or gaming machines into the Restaurant Facility without the prior written approval of SANParks.

  • Cell Phones The College follows the State’s Cell Phone Policy. Employees who receive cell phones from the College shall also abide by this Policy. The College shall provide the Policy to any employee who is given a cell phone. Employees are responsible for the cost of all personal calls. While the College anticipates some incidental personal use of cell phones, it is also expected that such use is infrequent.

  • Dark Fiber Loop 2.8.4.1 Dark Fiber Loop is an unused optical transmission facility, without attached signal regeneration, multiplexing, aggregation or other electronics, from the demarcation point at an End User’s premises to the End User’s serving wire center. Dark Fiber Loops may be strands of optical fiber existing in aerial or underground structure. BellSouth will not provide line terminating elements, regeneration or other electronics necessary for AFN to utilize Dark Fiber Loops.

  • Radios The Contractor or its employees shall not use any of the two-way radios or special telecommunications equipment under any circumstances. No exceptions will be made to this rule. Violation is grounds for immediate termination of this Contract, as well as punitive action.

  • NON-NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has not entered into a contract with us or any other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plan. For pediatric dental care services, non-network provider is a dentist that has not entered into a contract with us or does not participate in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a non-network provider is a provider that has not entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Dressing Rooms 42.1 Adequate dressing rooms with standard size lockers and sitting areas shall be provided if the physical facilities permit.
