FURTHER RESTRUCTURING Sample Clauses
The 'Further Restructuring' clause outlines the parties' agreement on how to address additional changes to the structure of their arrangement beyond those already specified. Typically, this clause sets out procedures for proposing, negotiating, and implementing further modifications, such as changes to payment terms, organizational structure, or contractual obligations. Its core function is to provide a clear framework for managing future adjustments, ensuring that both parties have a mutually agreed process for handling unforeseen developments or necessary adaptations.
