Frequency of Payments. All funds under this contract will be obligated by issuance of task orders, as described in H.3. Each task order will fund a specific period of time and number of employees, and the task orders will be issued at the frequency described in H.3. All payments under this contract will be made at the conclusion of the period covered. Invoices may be submitted monthly with payments being made monthly by the Government.
Frequency of Payments. Transitional Funding payment frequency will be determined by CMHC, in its sole discretion. Unless determined and confirmed in writing by CMHC, Transitional Funding will be payable for a period not exceeding twenty-four (24) months following the Effective Date of this Agreement. For greater clarity regarding the scope of this Schedule “F”, please consult the Reference Guide.
Frequency of Payments. Periodic payments from an annuity shall be made not less frequently than annually.
Frequency of Payments. All payments to the Executive shall be made in accordance with the Bank’s usual payroll practices on the date hereof. If the Company breaches its duty to pay the Executive hereunder beyond any cure period, or breaches such duty more than three times during the term of the Restricted Period, and Executive does not waive such breach(es) in writing, then the Company shall be required to pay the entire unpaid balance of such payments to the Executive in one lump sum. The Company agrees that prejudgment interest is appropriate to the Executive for any such breach(es) if the Company becomes obligated to make a lump-sum payment. If the Company fails to make any payment when due, then the Bank shall make such payments immediately upon demand.
Frequency of Payments. Variable Retirement Annuity payments under this contract will be paid monthly, except that, if at any time such monthly payments are less than $20 each, the Company shall have the right to make payments at less frequent intervals, or the Company may make such other settlement as may be equitable to the payee.
Frequency of Payments. Annuity payments under this Contract will be made monthly, except that, if such payments would amount to less than $25 each, VALIC reserves the right to make payment at less frequent intervals; provided, however, that if at any time the annual rate of payment to any payee is less than $100, VALIC may make such other settlement as may be equitable to the Annuitant. CONTRIBUTIONS, VALUATION, AND DISCONTINUANCE CONTRIBUTIONS
Frequency of Payments. The Annuitant may choose to receive payments either monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. We may require that the amount of any such payments be at least a minimum amount. If We exercise this right, this may result in a different frequency payment option.
Frequency of Payments. Payment is due during the first five days of each month. A late charge of $15 is applied for any late payment. A charge of $15 will be added to your account for each check returned by your bank.
Frequency of Payments. An automatic recurring payment will be made 3 months and 6 months after your initial payment. A fee of $30 plus any applicable taxes will be assessed with your initial payment. Please see the attached chart describing how payments will be scheduled. You will not receive any advance notice of this payment, but you will receive a post- payment confirmation email following all automatic recurring payments.
Frequency of Payments. If ALRT's Monitoring services fee is based on a payment frequency of services by ALRT other than monthly, then the payment to PARI shall be adjusted and calculated based on the same frequency as applies to ALRT's Monitoring services and in an amount equiva lent to the monthly Individual Subscription Amounts payment provided herein to be paid to PARI, provided, however, that notwithstanding the foregoing, payments of the Individual Subscription Amounts shall be made by (or on behalf of) ALRT to PARI no less frequently than quarterly even if the payment frequency of the Monitoring services fee is for a longer period of time.
