Here, he trained all new employees within the Company’s sales division. He held this position until 2001. Starting in 2001, Xx. Xxxxxxxxx was a private banking manager with First Savings Bank based in Las Vegas. Here, he developed sales and relationships with individuals and companies in regards to depository and investment functions. He held this position until April of 2007. At this time, Xx. Xxxxxxxxx is the Vice President of Corporate Development with 1st Commerce Bank. Here, he oversees many of the major banking operations within the private banking department. Xxxxxx holds a bachelors degree from the University of Phoenix as well as an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Xxxxxx Xxxxx - At 19, Xxxxxx joined the USAF as an enlisted man January 1956. Here, he trained as an electronics’ technician on flight simulators. In November 1957, Xxxxxx started training to be an Navigator, and was commissioned as a Second LT. In October 1958, he became number one in his class and then trained to be a Navigator/Bombardier on B-52's. Xxxxxx retired from the USAF in 1976 as a Major. During his USAF career, Xx. Xxxxx went to night school and full time for last two semesters at Golden Gate University where he earned a degree in Business. January 1976 to April 1981, he was a district manager for Household International. After this position, and from April 1981 to April 1985, Xx. Xxxxx was a Regional Manager for Gulf Coast Collection Agency. In 1985, Xx. Xxxxx was one of first 500 employees hired for the Merchant Marketing Department of Discover Financial Services (Discover Card).   • Management Team Subject to any approval or consulting rights of the --------------- Joint Operations Committee, Manager shall engage or designate one or more individuals experienced in dental group management and direction, including, but not limited to, an administrator, who will be responsible for the overall administration of the Practice including day-to-day operations and strategic development activities.

  • Labour Management Committee (a) Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour-Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply.

  • Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Contractor shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Contractor’s efforts in fulfilling Contractor’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Contractor’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project manager shall notify the Contractor in writing of such action. The Contractor shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Contractor’s Project Manager.   • JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE 18.01 A Joint Labour Management Committee shall be established to attend to those matters which are of mutual interest. To ensure its effectiveness the Committee shall be separate and apart from the grievance procedure.

  • Joint Union/Management Committee It shall be appropriate for either the Union or the University to request that a Joint Union/Management committee be convened, with Environmental Health and Safety as a participating member, to discuss health and safety concerns and to explore options for addressing those concerns through appropriate training or other approaches.

  • Union-Management Committee There shall be a union/management committee comprised of four (4) employee representatives appointed by the Union and four (4) employer representatives. The Committee's purpose is to provide and promote effective and meaningful communication of information and ideas and to make joint recommendations on matters of concern. Matters that are properly the subject of an individual grievance will not be discussed at this committee. The Committee will meet quarterly, unless agreed otherwise, at a time and place mutually agreed to provided there is business for their joint consideration. The parties will exchange agenda items at least one (1) week prior to the meeting. The parties further agree the Committee may meet at any time its members mutually agree a meeting should be held. The duties of the Chairperson will be shared by the parties. Copies of the minutes shall be provided to Committee members. The employer agrees to pay for time spent during regular working hours for representatives of the union attending such meetings. The parties may utilize video or teleconferencing services for the purposes of committee members attending committee meetings, where appropriate and available. Neither party can unreasonably deny an initiative to utilize video or teleconferencing services.

  • Local Professional Development Committee 1. The Local Professional Development Committee (LPDC) shall be established to oversee and review professional development plans pursuant to ORC 3319.22.

  • Labour Management Relations Committee 20.01 The parties recognize that a forum for ongoing discussions during the term of the Agreement can promote more harmonious labour relations between them.

  • Liaison Each Party shall designate a liaison to facilitate a cooperative working relationship between the Contractor and the Agency in the performance and administration of this Contract.

  • Project Managers The JBE’s project manager is: [Insert name]. The JBE may change its project manager at any time upon notice to Contractor without need for an amendment to this Agreement.
