Forfeiting Seniority. (A) An employee who shall leave the service of the Company of his own accord, shall forfeit his seniority rights and shall not be reinstated. If he shall be re-employed by the Company, his seniority rights shall date from his first compensated service after re-employment.

Forfeiting Seniority. (a) An employee’s seniority shall be forfeited and his employment terminated with no obligation by the Company to rehire under the following conditions:
