Ready Date definition

Ready Date. The first Ship Date a Customer may use on a PO for a part being manufactured. It is an agreed upon date on or after the Lead Time to Manufacture the part.
Ready Date means the date by which Impax (i) has received Tentative Approval for the Products (provided that, to the knowledge of Impax at such time, aside from the time required for FDA to issue Final Approvals of the Products, there is nothing that is likely to delay or jeopardize Impax's ability to obtain such Final Approvals (assuming Andrx effects Exclusivity Transfers and/or Relinquishments with respect to such Products in accordance with this Agreement), (ii) has manufactured Launch Quantities of the Products and believes that it will be able to continue to manufacture commercial quantities of the Products for Marketing during the Andrx Margin Period, and (iii) has determined, as of such time, that it is willing to launch the Products in the event Andrx Transfers Exclusivity and/or Relinquishes its First To File Exclusivity rights with respect to the Products in accordance with this Agreement; provided, that, if Andrx has Retained Production for the 150 mg strength Product only in accordance with this Agreement prior to its receipt of the Ready Date Notice, the Ready Date shall apply to the 100 mg strength Product only.
Ready Date means the date as of which all of the following conditions shall have occurred:(16)

Examples of Ready Date in a sentence

  • Billing for Additional Services will begin on your Service Ready Date if you are also ordering a new Broadband Service.

  • If we provide a money back guarantee ("MBG") for your Service, it will begin on your Service Ready Date.

  • Billing for Broadband Services will automatically begin on the date provisioning of your Broadband Service is complete ("Service Ready Date") which will be the Due Date established by Verizon (after the Equipment has been delivered) if you are self-installing the Service.

  • For Broadband Services, your Term Plan begins on the later of: (a) the date you change your existing Broadband Service plan to a Term Plan; or (b) your Service Ready Date; for Bundled Services, your Term Plan begins once all Bundled Services have been provisioned.

  • Billing for Service(s) will automatically begin on the Service Ready Date unless you are notified otherwise by Verizon.

  • Another acceptance walkthrough will be scheduled and conducted within fifteen (15) days after the new Space Ready Date.

  • An Excused Outage will not be counted as a violation of this Schedule Measurement Period Calendar monthly periods, pro-rated for the month in which the Service Ready Date occurs.

  • Another acceptance walkthrough will then be scheduled and conducted within fifteen (15) calendar days of the new Space Ready Date.

  • Your Term Plan begins on the later of: (a) the date you change your existing Service plan to a Term Plan; or (b) the date provisioning of your Service is complete ("Service Ready Date"), which will be the due date established by Verizon (after the Equipment has been delivered) if you are self-installing the Service; for Bundled Services, your Term Plan begins once all Bundled Services have been provisioned.

  • If Sprint PCS and Manager agree to pay additional fees to a third party for any efforts associated with expediting completion of any portion of Manager's Build Out Plan or Switch Integration to meet a Network Ready Date (the "NRD") including, but not limited to, payment of expedited fees for microwave relocation, and the NRD is later extended due to Manager action or lack of action, then Manager will have full responsibility for the payment of such fees.


More Definitions of Ready Date

Ready Date means the earlier of the date that (i) is determined pursuant to Schedule 1.3(pp) hereto, or (ii) ALO or an ALO Designee makes its first commercial sale of an Authorized Generic Product to an unaffiliated third party in an arms length transaction in the Territory.
