Lease Amendment definition

Lease Amendment has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(b)(iv).

Lease Amendment means a modification to a Lease that extends the term or materially changes any other provision of the Lease.

Lease Amendment means a legal document attached to the original lease that changes the original lease.
