Flexible Work Arrangement - For parents or those with care responsibilities. Requests for flexible working arrangements form part of the NES. An employee who is a parent or who has responsibility for the care of a child may request a change in working arrangements, including changes in hours of work, patterns of work or location of work, to assist in the care of the child if the child is under school age or is under 18 and has a disability. Employees must have completed at least 12 months of continuous service before making the request. The request must be made in writing and set out the details of the change and the reason for the change. Vicdeaf will provide a written response to the request within 21 days, stating whether the request is approved or refused. Vicdeaf may refuse a request only on reasonable business grounds and must include details of the reasons for the refusal.

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.

  • Compliance with Contractor Employee Jury Service Ordinance Contractor shall comply with the County Ordinance with respect to provision of jury duty pay to employees and have and adhere to a written policy that provides that its employees shall receive from the Contractor, on an annual basis, no less than five days of regular pay for actual jury service in San Mateo County. The policy may provide that employees deposit any fees received for such jury service with the Contractor or that the Contractor deduct from the employees’ regular pay the fees received for jury service.
