Fixed Term – Fixed Task Employee. A Fixed Term or Fixed Task Employee is a person engaged as such to work for a predetermined period of time or to work on a specific task. At engagement the Fixed Term or Fixed Task Employee shall be given a letter detailing the commencement date and the ceasing date of the period of the employment or a broad specification of the task/project to be undertaken and there shall be no expectation of continuing employment at the expiry of the term or completion of the task.
