First Year Staff. A First Year Staff member is a bargaining unit member who has worked for the University for less than three hundred sixty-five (365) calendar days. If after six (6) months one hundred eighty (180) calendar days of employment and based upon performance issues, the University expects it will not retain renew the services of the First Year Staff member, appointment of a probationary full-service the bargaining unit First Year Staff member who has not successfully completed one continuous year of full time employment, the individual shall be informed of the expected non-renewal, in writing, by the department head or other administrative superior of the performance issues and

  • Longevity Bonus Effective 2005, twenty (20) years of continuous service, an employee will receive a longevity bonus of seven hundred dollars ($700.00) per year, payable in one lump sum by the second pay period following the employee's anniversary date.

  • Multi-Year Planning The CAPS will be in a form acceptable to the LHIN and may be required to incorporate (1) prudent multi-year financial forecasts; (2) plans for the achievement of performance targets; and (3) realistic risk management strategies. It will be aligned with the LHIN’s then current Integrated Health Service Plan and will reflect local LHIN priorities and initiatives. If the LHIN has provided multi-year planning targets for the HSP, the CAPS will reflect the planning targets.

  • Education Incentive Pay An employee shall be entitled to receive educational incentive pay as follows:

  • Longevity Stipend One (1) Renton Technical College longevity stipend in the amount of six hundred dollars ($600) will be paid annually in July to each qualifying employee who has ten (10) or more year’s seniority on July 5th.

  • Longevity Compensation Longevity payments will be made to all employees hired prior to January 1, 1999 with continuous full-time service according to the following schedule:

  • School Year Employees All hourly employees compensated under “Hourly Schedule A” and regularly employed for the hours in that position considered full time by the Employer for the school year.

  • Reporting of Total Compensation of Subrecipient Executives I. Applicability and what to report. Unless you are exempt as provided in paragraph [4.]of this award term, for each first-tier subrecipient under this award, you shall report the names and total compensation of each of the subrecipient's five most highly compensated executives for the subrecipient's preceding completed fiscal year, if—
