Education Incentive will not be paid until a certified transcript is provided to Human Resources, and will not be retroactive.
In order to receive the Education Incentive Pay, the employee must provide a written request to the Department with a copy of the employee’s transcripts from the accredited institution awarding the Bachelor’s Degree or higher degree.
The Education Incentive Pay will be effective the first full pay period following the Department’s receipt of the employee’s transcripts reflecting the award of a Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
