Education Incentive definition

Education Incentive. The parties intend to encourage degree attainment; therefore, employees shall receive annual education incentives for completion of degrees as follows:
Education Incentive. Amend the following sums: Associates Degree: $300.00. Bachelor’s Degree: $450.00. Masters/Doctorate Degree: $575.00
Education Incentive. The following education incentive pays shall apply:

Examples of Education Incentive in a sentence

  • Education Incentive will not be paid until a certified transcript is provided to Human Resources, and will not be retroactive.

  • In order to receive the Education Incentive Pay, the employee must provide a written request to the Department with a copy of the employee’s transcripts from the accredited institution awarding the Bachelor’s Degree or higher degree.

  • The Education Incentive Pay will be effective the first full pay period following the Department’s receipt of the employee’s transcripts reflecting the award of a Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited college or university.

  • The parties agree that to the extent permitted by law, this is special compensation and shall be reported as such pursuant to Title 2 CCR, Section 571(a)(2) Education Incentive as special compensation.

  • Education Incentive Pay shall be effective at the beginning of the pay period following the date that proof of eligibility was submitted.

  • Unit employees must provide proof of accredited college units to the City to be eligible to receive Education Incentive Pay.

  • Members may continue to participate in the City's Tuition Reimbursement Program, in addition to any compensation received as Education Incentive Pay.

  • An employee in a classification eligible for Career Development Advancement is eligible to receive a Continuing Education Incentive if his/her initial certification and/or Associate’s, Bachelor’s, Master’s or higher degree is unrelated to their career advancement.

Education Incentive. Bargaining members who hold degrees shall be paid an annual stipend as follows:
Education Incentive. Assistants who work twenty-one (21) or more hours per week and maintain a valid Massachusetts teaching license for the duration of the school year will receive a $450 stipend at the completion of that school year.
Education Incentive. A member who has successfully completed probation and holds an Associates, Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in the following fields shall receive an additional yearly incentive pay. Incentive shall be added to the member’s biweekly pay.  10 Years - $900.00  15 Years - $1,400.00  20 Years - $1,900.00  25 Years - $2,900.00 4.12 – Special Teams Incentive pay shall be paid to bargaining unit members who actively participate in the Department’s Honor Guard. In order to receive the incentive, the member must attend 75% of the scheduled training each year as well as participate in no less than 30% of the events. Members shall receive a qualified incentive of $1,000.00 per year, paid out after the year is completed. In addition, team leaders in each discipline will receive a qualified incentive of $500.00 per year, paid out after the year is completed. Team leaders must have been in that position for 183 days or greater.

Related to Education Incentive

  • Long-Term Incentive Award means an Award described in Section 6(g) hereof that is based upon a period in excess of one year.

  • Incentive Compensation Plan means any plan, agreement or other arrangement that provides for the grant or issuance of equity or equity-based awards and that is now in effect or is hereafter adopted by the Company or the Manager for the benefit of any of their respective employees or other service providers (including directors, advisers and consultants), or the employees or other services providers (including directors, advisers and consultants) of any of their respective Affiliates or Subsidiaries.

  • Other Incentive Award means an Award denominated in, linked to or derived from Shares or value metrics related to Shares, granted pursuant to Section 9.6 hereof.

  • Incentive Pay means an annual amount equal to the aggregate annual bonus, in addition to Base Pay, made or to be made in regard to services rendered in any calendar year or performance period pursuant to any bonus plan of the Company.

  • Long-Term Incentive Plan or “LTIP” means a plan providing compensation intended to motivate performance over a period greater than one financial year. LTIPs do not include option or SAR plans or plans for compensation through shares or units that are subject to restrictions on resale;
