Probationary Full Sample Clauses
The 'Probationary Full' clause establishes a period at the start of employment during which the employee's performance and suitability for the role are evaluated. During this probationary period, the employer may assess the employee's work habits, skills, and overall fit within the organization, often with the option to terminate employment with shorter notice or fewer formalities than after the probation ends. This clause helps employers manage hiring risks by providing a structured timeframe to determine if a new hire meets expectations before confirming permanent employment status.
