CADD Services Xxxxxx has 5 CADD Technicians who are well-versed in AutoCAD, MicroStation, Inroads, and 2D and 3D modeling. CADD services are used on every project. GIS Programs Lake Havasu City Drainage On-Call Lake Havasu City faces significant challenges in improving the dire conditions of the deeply incised and eroded washes. Limited funding to study, design and construct those improvements required an efficient approach to master planning. Xxxxxx is currently leveraging the GIS data by conducting comparative evaluations of the washes using ArcMap and ArcMap Online to measure location specific risk factors such as 1) proximity to walls, structures and utilities; 2) wash hydraulic characteristics using HEC-GeoRAS; and 3) bank stability among others. This efficient evaluation method is used to rank project locations based on risk of failure. Xxxxxx is making extensive use of the new web-based ArcMap Online mapping which allows City staff and to use the information in a secure environment. attached in the Appendix.

During the past 25 years, Ninyo & Xxxxx has developed a project management approach tailored specifically for on‐call contracts for public agencies and has successfully perform these services for many public agencies throughout southern California. Our key personnel have that will be assigned to this project have been working together at Ninyo & Xxxxx for over 15 years and have provided on‐call or as‐needed geotechnical and material testing services to many public agencies. Some of the agencies Ninyo & Xxxxx has been awarded similar on‐call contracts include the Cities of Brea, Diamond Bar, Xxxxx Xxxxx, Los Angeles, Ontario, Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga, and Irvine, and to county agencies including the Riverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC), Riverside Transit Agency, Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA), Orange County Sanitation District (OCSD), and the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works. The ability of our team to successfully perform geotechnical services for public agencies lies in their effective use of our personnel and equipment resources.
