File for Public Inspection. Throughout the term of this Franchise Agreement, the Franchisee shall maintain at its business office, in a file available for public inspection during normal business hours, those documents required pursuant to the FCC’s rules and regulations. Upon reasonable written notice to the Franchisee and with no less than thirty (30) business days’ written notice to the Franchisee, the City shall have the right to inspect Franchisee’s books and records pertaining to Franchisee’s provision of Cable Service in the franchise area at any time during normal business hours and on a nondisruptive basis, as are reasonably necessary to ensure compliance with the terms of this franchise. Such notice shall specifically reference the section or subsection of the franchise which is under review, so that Franchisee may organize the necessary books and records for appropriate access by the City. Franchisee shall not be required to maintain any books and records for franchise compliance purposes longer than five (5) years.

  • DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION Each of the Paying Agents and the Registrar shall make available for inspection during normal business hours at its Specified Office such documents as may be specified as so available at the specified office of such agent in the Base Prospectus or Drawdown Prospectus (as the case may be) or, in relation to any Notes, the Conditions, or as may be required by any listing authority, stock exchange and/or quotation system by which any Notes may from time to time be admitted to listing, trading and/or quotation.

  • Response/Compliance with Audit or Inspection Findings A. Grantee must act to ensure its and its Subcontractors’ compliance with all corrections necessary to address any finding of noncompliance with any law, regulation, audit requirement, or generally accepted accounting principle, or any other deficiency identified in any audit, review, or inspection of the Contract and the services and Deliverables provided. Any such correction will be at Grantee’s or its Subcontractor's sole expense. Whether Xxxxxxx's action corrects the noncompliance shall be solely the decision of the System Agency.

  • IN INSPECTION Before, at the time of the Tenant accepting possession, or shortly thereafter, the Landlord and Tenant: (check one) ☐ - Agree to inspect the Premises and write any present damages or needed repairs on a move-in checklist. ☐ - Shall not inspect the Premises or complete a move-in checklist.

  • Final Inspection Contractor shall complete the list of items identified on the pre-final Punchlist prior to requesting a final inspection. Unless otherwise specified, or otherwise agreed in writing by the parties as documented on the Certificate of Substantial Completion, Contractor shall complete and/or correct all Work within thirty (30) days of the Substantial Completion date. Upon completion of the pre-final Punchlist work, Contractor shall give written notice to ODR and A/E that the Work will be ready for final inspection on a specific date. Contractor shall accompany this notice with a copy of the updated pre-final Punchlist indicating resolution of all items. On the date specified or as soon thereafter as is practicable, ODR, A/E and Contractor will inspect the Work. A/E will submit to Contractor a final Punchlist of open items that the inspection team requires corrected or completed before final acceptance of the Work.

  • Records and Audit/Inspections 6.13.1 A-E shall keep an accurate record of time expended by A-E and/or consultants employed by A-E in the performance of this CONTRACT.
