Facility Duties. Drivers will perform during their guaranteed four-hour shift the following duties: fueling vans and facility/yard cleaning. Facility duties will not be performed outside of the guaranteed four hours of the split shift. HH. EE. SPLIT SHIFT- OSS (see CC Z above) Anyone Any driver hired before July 1, 2021 who has grandfathered access to a split shift driving a split shift shall be guaranteed the first four (4) hours. If said driver a driver must work beyond the four (4) hours, they he/she will be paid for actual time on the clock. Bus and Van Drivers hired after July 1, 2021 are guaranteed seven and a half (7.5) hours for school days, understanding that primary job duty is driving and other job duties such as custodial, paraprofessional, office aide, campus supervisor, and other related positions will be used to bring the unit member up to the 7.5 hours.
