Expected Behaviour. 2.1. Parents / Guardians are expected to: • comply with the policies of the College as amended from time to time; • ensure their son / daughter meets the requirements of the Student Attendance Policy; • attend Parent / Student / Teacher evenings as required; • attend Parent Information Sessions as required; • ensure their son / daughter adheres to the uniform requirements of the College; • support the College’s expectations of exemplary behaviour by students; • support the College’s Faith programme by ensuring their son / daughter’s attendance at College Retreats and specified religious celebrations; • support compulsory extra-curricular and house events; • pay all fees as required, as per the fees agreement; • keep the College informed of any changes to their contact details or the details of their son / daughter such as home address, e-mail address and phone number; • ensure the College is made aware of any changes to their son / daughter’s medical details by updating the Parent Access Module (XXX) as requested or required; • notify the College as soon as possible to explain the absence of their son / daughter on any particular day; • assist their son / daughter to prioritise their studies, through balancing sporting and/or other commitments; • treat all College staff with respect; • let the school know if there are any problems that may affect their child’s ability to learn • ensure their child completes homework regularly in keeping with the College’s homework policy; • support the authority of College staff thereby supporting their efforts to educate their child and assist their child to achieve maturity, self-discipline and self-control; • not allow their child to bring dangerous or inappropriate items to school; • abide by College’s instructions regarding access to school grounds before, during and after school hours; • advise the College if their child is in out-of-home care.

Expected Behaviour. The BBC will not tolerate any form of bullying and harassment and is committed to providing a workplace in which the dignity of individuals is respected. You agree that, whilst providing your services, you will not act in a way that could be regarded as bullying and/or harassment under the BBC’s Bullying and Harassment Policy (or any replacement policy). Acts of bullying and/or harassment are regarded as a serious breach of contract and could place your continued engagement with the BBC at risk. Working with children/ vulnerable adults If you work with children and/or vulnerable adults in any capacity in any of your bookings with the BBC, you will be required to comply with the BBC Child Protection Policy. If you fail to comply with the policy, your booking with the BBC may be terminated. Declaration of Personal Interests Please make sure that you read the BBC Declaration of Personal Interests Policy, the terms of which apply to you during any booking you have with the BBC. Should you have any personal interests to declare, please speak to your manager/xxxxxx and obtain a Declaration of Personal Interests Form or go to Gateway the BBC’s intranet site. Once completed please give this to your manager/xxxxxx on your first day. Your manager/xxxxxx will discuss any declared interests and consider if there are any conflicts which need to be addressed whilst you are working at the BBC. You accept that you have an ongoing responsibility to declare any actual or potential conflicts at the point they arise. You must therefore review your personal interests when your personal and/or business circumstances change (for instance any time that you move or work under a new booking with the BBC), including any personal interests that you have previously declared, and submit a Declaration of Personal Interests Form at any point during any booking that you have personal interests to declare.   • Serious Illness Should a participant be unable to take the leave when scheduled because of serious injury or illness occurring before commencement of the leave, he/she may cancel the leave and receive payment as in Article 12.8.3.9 or, with the consent of the College, defer the leave to a time mutually agreeable, not to exceed one (1) year.

  • Behaviour No obscene or insulting language or disorderly behaviour shall be permitted. This includes any form of entertainment that may be considered lewd or inappropriate for a public place or that may offend or cause embarrassment to others.

  • SAVINGS/FORCE MAJEURE A Force Majeure occurrence is an event or effect that cannot be reasonably anticipated or controlled and is not due to the negligence or willful misconduct of the affected party. Force Majeure includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, acts of war, acts of public enemies, terrorism, strikes, fires, explosions, actions of the elements, floods, or other similar causes beyond the control of the Contractor or the Commissioner in the performance of the Contract where non- performance, by exercise of reasonable diligence, cannot be prevented. The affected party shall provide the other party with written notice of any Force Majeure occurrence as soon as the delay is known and provide the other party with a written contingency plan to address the Force Majeure occurrence, including, but not limited to, specificity on quantities of materials, tooling, people, and other resources that will need to be redirected to another facility and the process of redirecting them. Furthermore, the affected party shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to resume proper performance within an appropriate period of time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Force Majeure condition continues beyond thirty (30) days, the Parties shall jointly decide on an appropriate course of action that will permit fulfillment of the Parties’ objectives hereunder. The Contractor agrees that in the event of a delay or failure of performance by the Contractor, under the Contract due to a Force Majeure occurrence:

  • STATEWIDE ACHIEVEMENT TESTING When CONTRACTOR is an NPS, per implementation of Senate Bill 484, CONTRACTOR shall administer all Statewide assessments within the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (“CAASP”), Desired Results Developmental Profile (“DRDP”), California Alternative Assessment (“CAA”), achievement and abilities tests (using LEA-authorized assessment instruments), the Fitness Gram with the exception of the English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (“ELPAC”) to be completed by the LEA, and as appropriate to the student, and mandated by XXX xxxxxxxx to LEA and state and federal guidelines. CONTRACTOR is subject to the alternative accountability system developed pursuant to Education Code section 52052, in the same manner as public schools. Each LEA student placed with CONTRACTOR by the LEA shall be tested by qualified staff of CONTRACTOR in accordance with that accountability program. XXX shall provide test administration training to CONTRACTOR’S qualified staff. CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA test training and comply with completion of all coding requirements as required by XXX.

  • BUSINESS ETHICS EXPECTATION 13.1 During the course of pursuing contracts with Owner and while performing contract work in accordance with this Agreement, Architect/Engineer agrees to maintain business ethics standards aimed at avoiding any impropriety or conflict of interest which could be construed to have an adverse impact on the Owner’s best interests.

  • Employees with a Work-related Injury/Disability An employee who was off the State payroll due to a work-related injury or a work-related disability may continue to participate in the Group Insurance Program as long as such an employee receives workers' compensation payments or while the workers' compensation claim is pending.

  • Payment in the Event Losses Fail to Reach Expected Level On the date that is 45 days following the last day (such day, the “True-Up Measurement Date”) of the Final Shared Loss Month, or upon the final disposition of all Shared Loss Assets under this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement at any time after the termination of the Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement, the Assuming Institution shall pay to the Receiver fifty percent (50%) of the excess, if any, of (i) twenty percent (20%) of the Intrinsic Loss Estimate less (ii) the sum of (A) twenty-five percent (25%) of the asset premium (discount) plus (B) twenty-five percent (25%) of the Cumulative Shared-Loss Payments plus (C) the Cumulative Servicing Amount. The Assuming Institution shall deliver to the Receiver not later than 30 days following the True-Up Measurement Date, a schedule, signed by an officer of the Assuming Institution, setting forth in reasonable detail the calculation of the Cumulative Shared-Loss Payments and the Cumulative Servicing Amount.
