Uniform Requirements. Unit employees who are required to wear uniforms or who are provided uniform allowance must wear uniform while on duty unless permission to do otherwise has been received from the immediate supervisor. Employees who are on duty and do not comply with uniform requirements shall be subject to disciplinary action.

The college has a specified uniform and students are expected to accept the requirements in order to always retain Good Standing Status and have access to all the extra opportunities provided at the college. To ensure students have adequate uniform items, parent/caregivers are expected to place orders at the end of the previous year. The Recipient shall comply with applicable provisions of the HOME Program regulatory requirements specified at 24 CFR Part 92 and all applicable provisions of OMB Circular A-122 and 24 CFR Part 84 with regard to management and implementation of the Project. By execution of the certification contained in EXHIBIT V of this agreement recipient acknowledges receipt and familiarity with 24 CFR Part 92; OMB Circular A-122; and 24 CFR Part 84. The omission of an applicable regulatory reference shall not relieve Recipient of the responsibility to fully familiarize itself with all governing regulations applicable to this Project. The Recipient agrees to comply with any amendments or revisions to said rules, regulatory provisions or directives as may be promulgated by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Uniform Requirements. Student uniforms will consist of a preselected uniform top with CSM logo, pants, and a white cardigan-length lab jacket with CSM logo. White turtlenecks or white long-sleeved tee shirts may be worn under the top. • Students may wear a white lab jacket with the CSM logo on the upper left chest in the clinical area, unless otherwise directed. • A CSM photo identification is a part of the student uniform. • Uniforms are required to be worn for all pre-lab experiences, tours, and/or observational experiences. Jeans, sweatpants, or shorts may not be worn under lab coats or at any time in the clinical agency. • Professional, closed, mostly white leather shoes and white socks are to be worn with the CSM uniform. Shoes for clinical must be clean, white, and polished. Shoelaces are to be kept clean. The style for shoes selected for clinical should be suitable for hospital wear. Sandals, canvas shoes, and boots are not suitable and may not be worn. Plain white socks are required. • While in surgery, mental health nursing, and maternal/newborn settings, students will adhere to dress policies of the individual institutions to which they are assigned. The above policies will be enforced as long as they are congruent with each clinical agency’s policies. Students and Instructors are responsible for following and supporting agency policies regarding student dress code. Students will be asked to leave the lab/clinical area if their appearance does not meet the guidelines for professional image and personal appearance. Students who need to adjust uniform requirements for cultural or religious reasons need to contact the Program Director to see if this is feasible, prior to enrollment in lab/clinical courses. Students who need maternity uniforms should consult with the Program Director.
Uniform Requirements a) As a condition of employment, employees covered by the Agreement shall wear uniforms and other special apparel, devices and/or apparatuses for protective or safety reasons or any other reason whenever the Employer so requires and in the manner it prescribes.
