Other Commitments. (1) If provisions in the legislation of either Contracting Party or rules of international law entitle investments by investors of the other Contracting Party to treatment more favourable than is provided for by this Agreement, such provisions shall to the extent that they are more favourable prevail over this Agreement.

Except as disclosed on Exhibit D to this Agreement, Contractor has no other agreements, relationships or commitments to any other person or entity which conflict with Contractor's obligations to Company under this Agreement. Contractor agrees not to enter into any agreement, either written or oral, in conflict with this Agreement.

Other Commitments. Except as set forth in this Agreement, incurred or transacted in the ordinary course of business, or permitted in writing by Purchaser, Seller Companies shall not enter into any material Contract or transaction or make any commitment or incur any material obligation or liability (including entering into any real property leases).
