Other Commitments. (1) If provisions in the legislation of either Contracting Party or rules of international law entitle investments by investors of the other Contracting Party to treatment more favourable than is provided for by this Agreement, such provisions shall to the extent that they are more favourable prevail over this Agreement.

Except as disclosed on Exhibit D to this Agreement, Contractor has no other agreements, relationships or commitments to any other person or entity which conflict with Contractor's obligations to Company under this Agreement. Contractor agrees not to enter into any agreement, either written or oral, in conflict with this Agreement.
Other Commitments. Each other Participant shall have made available the Dollar amount of its Commitment as directed by Owner Trustee in accordance with Section 4.

In relation to such obligations, dispute resolution under article 9 shall however only be applicable in the absence of normal local judicial remedies being available.
