Executive Fringe Benefits. During the term of Executive’s employment with the Company pursuant to this Agreement, Executive shall be entitled to receive such executive fringe benefits as are provided to the executives in comparable positions under any of the Company’s plans and/or programs in effect from time to time for which Executive is eligible to participate and to receive such other benefits as are customarily available to executives of the Company, including, without limitation, vacations and life, medical and disability insurance.

Executive Fringe Benefits. During the term of Executive's employment with the Company pursuant to this Agreement, Executive shall be entitled to receive such executive fringe benefits as are provided to the executives in comparable positions under any of the Company's plans and/or programs in effect from time to time for which Executive is eligible to participate and to participate in such other benefit programs as are customarily available to executives of the Company, including, without limitation, paid time off and life, health and disability benefits. Nothing herein will alter or affect the right of Company, consistent with the applicable benefit plan documents, to alter, amend, or terminate such programs in its sole discretion at whatever time it chooses.
Executive Fringe Benefits. The Executive shall be eligible to participate in all the Executive benefit programs and fringe benefits generally made available to executives of the Company, subject to any and all terms, conditions, and eligibility requirements for said programs and benefits, as may from time to time be prescribed by the Company. The Company may alter, modify, add to or delete its executive benefit plans at any time as it determines in its sole discretion, provided that Executive's benefit programs and fringe benefits shall remain at the same level as those generally available to other Company executives with his title and operating and reporting responsibilities.

Related to Executive Fringe Benefits

  • Fringe Benefits During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to fringe benefits, including, without limitation, tax and financial planning services, payment of club dues, and, if applicable, use of an automobile and payment of related expenses, in accordance with the most favorable plans, practices, programs and policies of the Company and its affiliated companies in effect for the Executive at any time during the 120-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive, as in effect generally at any time thereafter with respect to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies.

  • Other Fringe Benefits During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to receive such of the Company’s other fringe benefits as are being provided to other Executives of the Company on the Senior Executive Team.

  • Vacation and Fringe Benefits During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation and fringe benefits at a level that is commensurate with the paid vacation and fringe benefits available to the Executive immediately prior to the Effective Date, or, if more favorable to the Executive, at the level made available from time to time to the Executive or other similarly situated officers at any time thereafter.

  • Customary Fringe Benefits Executive will be eligible for all customary and usual fringe benefits generally available to executives of Company subject to the terms and conditions of Company’s benefit plan documents. Company reserves the right to change or eliminate the fringe benefits on a prospective basis, at any time, effective upon notice to Executive.

  • Fringe Benefit The benefits provided by this Agreement are granted by the Employer as a fringe benefit to the Executive and are not a part of any salary reduction plan or any arrangement deferring a bonus or a salary increase. The Executive has no option to take any current payments or bonus in lieu of the benefits provided by this Agreement.

  • Compensation and Fringe Benefits (a) The Company shall, during the Term of Employment, pay to the Executive as compensation for the performance of his duties and obligations a salary of $240,000 per annum. This compensation is subject to annual review and adjustment, as appropriate in the judgment of the Company. The compensation payable pursuant to this Section 5(a) shall be payable in equal semi-monthly installments on the last day of each such pay period.

  • Salary and Fringe Benefits The employee shall be paid a salary which is the pro- rata share of the salary which the employee would have earned had he or she not elected to exercise the option of reduced workload. The employee shall retain all other rights and benefits enjoyed by full-time members of the unit.

  • Executive Benefits The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all benefit programs of the Company currently existing or hereafter made available to executives and/or other salaried employees, including, but not limited to, pension and other retirement plans, group life insurance, hospitalization, surgical and major medical coverage, sick leave, disability and salary continuation, vacation and holidays, cellular telephone and all related costs and expenses, long-term disability, and other fringe benefits.

  • Retirement, Welfare and Fringe Benefits During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs, and fringe benefit plans and programs, made available by the Company to the Company’s employees generally, in accordance with the eligibility and participation provisions of such plans and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time.

  • Medical Benefits The Company shall reimburse the Employee for the cost of the Employee's group health, vision and dental plan coverage in effect until the end of the Termination Period. The Employee may use this payment, as well as any other payment made under this Section 6, for such continuation coverage or for any other purpose. To the extent the Employee pays the cost of such coverage, and the cost of such coverage is not deductible as a medical expense by the Employee, the Company shall "gross-up" the amount of such reimbursement for all taxes payable by the Employee on the amount of such reimbursement and the amount of such gross-up.
