Company Executives means Xxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx and Xxxxx Xxxxxx.

Company Executives means members of the Company Board and any other Company executive officers at Closing.
