Exclusion of Grievant. The aggrieved employee is entitled to be present at all steps of the grievance procedure. Should the employee be excused by either party, the grievance shall be processed in the absence of the aggrieved employee and the Union will be allowed a maximum of two (2) representatives in pay status.

Exclusion of Grievant. An aggrieved employee is entitled to be present at all steps of the grievance procedure. Section 9 Retroactivity Settlement of grievance may or may not be retroactive as the equities of particular cases may demand. In any case, where it is determined that the award should be applied retroactively, the maximum period of retroactivity allowed shall be a date not earlier than twenty-four (24) days prior to the date of initiation of the written grievance in Step One.

  • Denial of Grievance Failure by the School Board or its representative to issue a decision within the time periods provided herein shall constitute a denial of the grievance and the employee may appeal it to the next level.
