Examination for Tuberculosis. A District paid tuberculosis test shall be provided for and taken by all unit members upon initial employment with the District and every four (4) years thereafter.

Examination for Tuberculosis. 2 All unit members shall submit a physician's statement verifying freedom from active 4 District expense.
Examination for Tuberculosis. No person shall begin initial employment with the District unless the person presents evidence of an examination within the past 60 days to determine that he/she is free of active tuberculosis. (Ed. Code 49406). Also, the California Education Code requires that all regular employees must comply with the requirement within every four (4) year period of employment. All employees shall be notified prior to the expiration date of their X-ray or skin test.

  • Health Examination 27-1 When the District determines that a MBU's health condition (mental or physical) may be impairing his/her job performance, the immediate supervisor, site administrator, or Regional Assistant Superintendent, with the concurrence of the Human Resources Department may, with just cause, direct the MBU to have a health examination at District expense.
