Evidence/Certificates of Insurance. Required insurance shall be documented in certificates of insurance. If and when required by the County, certificates of insurance shall be accompanied by documentation that is acceptable to the County establishing that the insurance agent and/or agency issuing the certificate of insurance has been duly authorized, in writing, to do so by and on behalf of each insurance company underwriting the insurance coverage(s) indicated on each certificate of insurance. New certificates of insurance are to be provided to the County at least 30 days prior to coverage renewals. Failure of the contractor to provide the County with such renewal certificates may be considered justification for the County to terminate this agreement, contract or lease. Some coverages should be evidenced by actual copies of policies and endorsements sent by the agent of the Offeror. New certificates of insurance are to be provided to the County at least 30 days prior to coverage renewals. Failure of the contractor to provide the County with such renewal certificates may be considered justification for the County to terminate this agreement, contract, or lease. Certificates should contain the following additional information:

New Certificates of Insurance are to be provided to the City at least 15 days prior to coverage renewals. If requested by the City, the Other Party shall furnish complete copies of the Other Party’s insurance policies, forms and endorsements. For Commercial General Liability coverage, the Other Party shall, at the option of the City, provide an indication of the amounts of claims payments or reserves chargeable to the aggregate amount of liability coverage. Receipt of certificates or other documentation of insurance or policies or copies of policies by the City, or by any of its representatives, which indicate less coverage than required does not constitute a waiver of the Other Party’s obligation to fulfill the insurance requirements herein.

Failure of the firm to provide the Contractor and the County with such renewal certificates may be considered justification for the Contractor to terminate this agreement. Certificate should provide that the Contractor shall be notified at least 30 days in advance of cancellation. Receipt of certificates or other documentation of insurance or policies or copies of policies by the Contractor, or by any of its representatives, which indicate less coverage than required does not constitute a waiver of the Subcontractor’s obligation to fulfill the insurance requirements herein. If requested by the Contractor, the Subcontractor shall furnish complete copies of the insurance policies, forms and endorsements, and/or such additional information with respect to its insurance as may be requested. Subcontractor each binds himself, his partners, successors, assigns and legal representatives to the other party hereto and to the partners, successors, assigns and the legal representatives of such other party in respect to all covenants, agreements and obligations contained in this Subcontract. Neither party to this Subcontract shall assign the Subcontract or sublet it as a whole without the written consent of the other (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld), except that Subcontractor acknowledges and agrees that Contractor has the right to assign this Subcontract to the County without Subcontractor’s consent. In the event of an assignment, the Subcontractor will continue to be liable for all its obligations and performance hereunder.

  • Certificates of Insurance Prior to commencing under this Contract, Supplier must furnish to Sourcewell a certificate of insurance, as evidence of the insurance required under this Contract. Prior to expiration of the policy(ies), renewal certificates must be mailed to Sourcewell, 000 00xx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, X.X. Box 219, Staples, MN 56479 or sent to the Sourcewell Supplier Development Administrator assigned to this Contract. The certificates must be signed by a person authorized by the insurer(s) to bind coverage on their behalf. Failure to request certificates of insurance by Sourcewell, or failure of Supplier to provide certificates of insurance, in no way limits or relieves Supplier of its duties and responsibilities in this Contract.

  • Insurance Certificates The Contractor shall, in accordance with 2.1.2.2, procure the insurance coverages identified below at the Contractor’s expense (e.g. within the bid price and Contract Sum) and shall furnish the Owner an insurance certificate listing the Owner as the certificate holder and as an additional insured. Evidence of insurance coverages shall be provided on the form shown in Section 7 or on a form acceptable to the Owner. The insurance certificate must provide the following:

  • Certificate of Insurance Contractor must provide a Certificate of Insurance form to the City of Sparks to evidence the insurance policies and coverage required of Contractor.

  • Evidence of Insurance Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.
