Insurance Certificates definition

Insurance Certificates means certificates evidencing the entry into the insurance policies required pursuant to Clause 42 (insurance) hereof;
Insurance Certificates shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1(b) hereof.

Insurance Certificates shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1 hereof.
Insurance Certificates means documents evidencing Program-related insurance coverage including insurance certificates, policies of insurance, and summaries of assistance services (any two or more of which may be combined into a single document) including any notices of amendment to any of the foregoing documents;
