Environmental Discharge Sample Clauses

Environmental Discharge. In the event of any Oil spill or discharge or other environmental pollution caused by or in connection with the Services, Service Provider may commence containment or clean-up operations as deemed appropriate or necessary by Service Provider or as required by any Governmental Entity and will notify Customer immediately, but in no event later than 24 hours, of such operations. When a discharge, spill or incident involving Customer’s Oil requires a report to be submitted to a Governmental Entity, this notification will be made as soon as reasonably practicable in compliance with Laws, and a copy of the required report will be delivered to Customer. Each Party will provide the other Party reasonable assistance in investigating the circumstances of the discharge, spill or incident. The Parties will cooperate for the purpose of obtaining reimbursement if a Third Party is legally responsible for costs or expenses associated with any Oil spills initially borne by either Party.
