Enrolled Nurse Entry Level. (a) An Employee who completes a Certificate IV in Nursing that entitles the Employee to register as an Enrolled Nurse and be endorsed to administer medication shall enter at Pay Point 2 of the salary structure in Appendix A.

Enrolled Nurse Entry Level. An Employee who completes a Diploma in Nursing that entitles the Employee to register as an Enrolled Nurse shall enter at Pay Point 3 of the salary structure in Appendix A.

Enrolled Nurse Team Leader An Enrolled Nurse appointed as such, holding the day to day responsibilities of a unit or area on day shifts, shall be required to hold and be registered with medication endorsement. An Enrolled Nurse appointed as Team Leader shall be paid at the rate of Pay Point 8 plus 10%, and shall include the 4% medication / qualification allowance, in accordance with the wage schedule. HASA Employees – Wage Skill Group 1 Wage Skill Group 1 is not utilised in residential services. Wage Skill Group 2 is the entry level in UA residential services in those classifications that would have normally been at Wage Skill Group 1 (including laundry hand, catering assistant and cleaner).
