Engagement of Consultants. It is anticipated that the Authority may need to retain the services of one or more consultants in furtherance of the purposes of the Authority, and the Members hereby authorize the Authority to engage appropriate consulting services as necessary and consistent with this AGREEMENT.
Engagement of Consultants. As deemed necessary or advisable by the Manager, the Manager shall recommend third-party consultants and advisors, including technical managers, vessel brokers, insurance consultants, engineers, environmental specialists, chartering agents, appraisers, attorneys, accountants and other professionals and consultants to be engaged by the Company or an Owner, each upon such terms as shall be approved by the Company. The costs of all such consultants or advisors which are authorized hereunder or are approved by the Company shall be for the account of, and shall be paid directly by, the Company or the relevant Owner, as the case may be.

Hinsdale Township High School District 86 desires to engage the Consultants to perform and to provide all necessary professional consulting services (the “Services”) as set forth in the Scope of Work (the “Scope”) attached as Exhibit A to this Agreement.
