PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES. 2.10.1 If the Professional, who is a party to this Agreement, renders basically architectural services, he hereby agrees that all plans, specifications, detail drawings, and miscellaneous services required for engineering work pertaining to heating, ventilation, refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, or structural work shall be performed by a registered engineer in his own organization or he agrees to employ, without additional cost to the Owner and subject to the approval of the Owner, the services of a registered engineer regularly engaged in the work. Drawings and specifications prepared shall bear the stamp of the responsible registered Professional. The Professional shall enter into Contract agreements with such registered Professional with Contracts binding them to terms and responsibilities substantially set forth herein regarding design and inspection services. 2.10.2 If the Professional, who is a party to this Agreement, renders basically engineering services, he hereby agrees that all plans, specifications, detail drawings, and miscellaneous services required for architectural work pertaining to heating, ventilation, refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, or structural work shall be performed by a registered architect in his own organization or he agrees to employ, without additional cost to the Owner and subject to the approval of the Owner, the services of a registered architect regularly engaged in the work. Drawings and specifications prepared above shall bear the stamp of the responsible registered Professional. The Professional shall enter into Contract agreements with such registered Professional with Contracts binding them to terms and responsibilities substantially set forth herein regarding design and inspection services.
PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES. 2.7.1 If the Professional, who is a party to this Agreement, renders basically architectural services and hereby agrees that all plans, specifications, detail drawings, and miscellaneous services required for architectural or engineering work shall be performed by a registered Professional in his own organization or he agrees to employ, without additional cost to the Owner and subject to the approval of the Owner, the services of a registered Professional regularly engaged in the work. Drawings and specifications prepared shall bear the stamp of the responsible registered Professional. The Professional shall enter into Contract agreements with such registered Professional with contracts binding them to terms and responsibilities substantially set forth herein regarding design and inspection services.
PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES. A Statement of Work (“SOW”) is attached hereto as Exhibit “A” and the terms therein are incorporated in this Agreement. Consultant agrees to perform the Professional Consulting Services (“Services”) as set forth in the attached SOW, and in any subsequently approved SOW referencing this Agreement, in a professional manner. Consultant may provide the services described in the SOW by using Consultant personnel or selected independent contractors. Consultant agrees to provide the items described in the SOW (“Deliverables”).
PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES. (a) For purposes of this Agreement, the City hereby recognizes and agrees that Bryan’s consultant, Olsson, has completed a significant amount of preliminary design work with respect to the ¼ mile Roundabout and South 40th Street Connection. The City has confirmed that Olsson has been deemed to be qualified to perform the design services for the ¼ mile Roundabout and South 40th Street Connection, including related grading study, by the City’s Purchasing Division. Finally, the City acknowledges that to select a different design consultant to reproduce such work product related to the ¼ mile Roundabout and South 40th Street Connection would be inefficient and likely to result in unnecessary delay in the design, grading and construction of the ¼ mile Roundabout and ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Connection. Therefore, based upon the recommendation of the Director of Lincoln Transportation and Utilities, the City agrees to, and hereby does, waive those procurement procedures related to selection of consultants for professional consulting services as outlined in Executive Order No. 80199 dated October 9, 2007 and selects Olsson to perform the design services for the ¼ mile Roundabout and ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Connection, including the related grading study. (b) The City has completed a public procurement process and selected an engineer for the Roundabout at S. 40th Street & Rokeby Road, including the related grade study, proposed roadway lanes and stormwater improvements located to the north and east of the Roundabout at S. 40th Street & Rokeby Road. City agrees, at its expense, to cause its selected engineer to coordinate and work with Olsson on the preliminary and final design of the S. 40th Arterial Improvements so that the final construction plans and permits for the S. 40th Arterial Improvements can be coordinated, reviewed and approved by the City of Lincoln by September 1, , 2021 so that the City can provide ▇▇▇▇▇ and Sundance the approved final construction plans and permits for the S. 40th Arterial Improvements by said date. In turn, said date will allow ▇▇▇▇▇ and Sundance to publicly bid and awarded as provided by law bid the S. 40th Arterial Improvements by October 1, , 2021 and complete the S. 40th Arterial Improvements by December 31, 2022.

Therefore, based upon the recommendation of the Director of Lincoln Transportation and Utilities, the City agrees to, and hereby does, waive those procurement procedures related to selection of consultants for professional consulting services as outlined in Executive Order No. 80199 dated October 9, 2007.

PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES. FIS and Client agree that any non-standard professional or consulting Services requested by Client that are not already included in any standard setup or maintenance fee shall be subject to the fees and additional terms set forth in a statement of work issued pursuant to this Addendum. Any such statement of work shall be incorporated into and made a part of this Addendum.
PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES. 7.1. pcOrder agrees to provide mutually agreed upon professional consulting services (the "Consulting Services"), which may include software development, integration, implementation, customization, data integration, training, and modeling of Client Products to the extent such Client Products are supported by pcOrder pursuant to Schedule 2 (Data Maintenance Services). These Consulting Services shall be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable in this Agreement, including Section 18.12, and are more specifically described in Schedule 1. 7.2. pcOrder will provide resources and use qualified employees and/or consultants as it deems necessary to perform the Consulting Services. 7.3. pcOrder shall provide Train the Trainer training and the on-site training at the rates specified in Schedule 1.
