TECHNICAL MANAGERS. Customer and CTS shall each designate and provide the other party with the name, address, and telephone number of one (1) primary and one (1) back up technical manager for overall coordination between Customer and CTS with respect to the installation and acceptance of Components for Systems. The initial technical managers of Customer and CTS for such overall coordination are identified in the attached SCHEDULE G. Each party shall have the right to replace technical managers by providing notice of such replacement to the other party.

TECHNICAL MANAGERS confirmation The written confirmation of the Technical Managers that they have respectively been appointed as Technical Manager and Technical Sub-Manager pursuant to the Technical Management Agreements for the Vessel and to which they are a party and that they will not, without the prior written consent of the Agent (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed), further sub-contract or sub-delegate the technical management of the Vessel to any third party.

TECHNICAL MANAGERS. Both the Insitutions and the Beneficiary have appointed a technical manager, as indicated on the cover page of this Agreement, for supervision of the agreement. Each of the Parties reserves the right to appoint a different technical manager at a later date. When applicable, they shall inform the other Party of this change in writing. This letter shall be sent to the technical manager of the other Party.
TECHNICAL MANAGERS. Each Party will appoint one manager for each Project (“Technical Manager”). The Technical Managers will be responsible for the coordination of all technical activities arising under such Project, and will serve as their Party’s technical liaison with the SC for the Project. Each Party will promptly notify the other Party in writing upon changing the appointments. The Technical Managers for each Project will be the primary technical contacts between the Parties for that Project. The Technical Managers for each Project will jointly: • direct the work performed under a Project in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Project Description; • report to the SC on the progress of technical activities conducted under the Project; • monitor and coordinate all intellectual property activities relative to each Project; and • make recommendations to the SC on proposed publications containing Program Information. Unless otherwise mutually agreed, the Technical Managers for a Project will meet in person at least once each calendar quarter during a Project at such locations as the Technical Managers agree. The Technical Managers will communicate regularly by telephone or similar means between such meetings.
