Other Consultants. Without diminishing its duties hereunder, but to assist the Design Professional in performing its services, the Design Professional may select other consultants to render professional services to the Design Professional but only with prior written approval of the Owner.
Other Consultants. The Owner may contract with other consultants to perform services directly to the Owner without voiding this Contract. In the event the Design Professional is caused additional coordination or effort though the involvement of such consultants, the Design Professional shall be entitled to charge for such Additional Services at a lump sum amount or the rates stipulated in Exhibit A-1 plus reimbursable expenses as set forth in Article 4.1.3. The Design Professional shall give notice to the Owner prior to incurring these additional costs.
Other Consultants. City reserves the right to employ other consultants in connection with the Services.
Other Consultants. The City may contract with “specialty” consultants when such services are requested by the Consultant.
Other Consultants. The Regents may contract with other consultants to perform services directly to the Regents without voiding this Contract.
Other Consultants. OWNER reserves the right to employ other engineers, architects and consultants in connection with the work or Project.
Other Consultants. The Owner may provide drawings, data, recommendations, suggestions, consultation and/or other information relating to the Project from other Consultants under separate contract with the Owner. The Professional Consultant shall coordinate and cooperate with the Owner’s other consultants.
Other Consultants. OWNER reserves the right to employ other engineers, architects and consultants in connection with the work or Project. ENGINEER assumes no responsibility for the work of Other Consultants employed by OWNER.
Other Consultants. The Owner may provide drawings, consultation, recommendations, suggestions, data and/or other information relating to the Project from other Consultants under separate contract with the Owner, including but not limited to: Land Surveying Consultant, Geotechnical Consultant, and/or Materials Testing Consultant.
