EMPLOYMENT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES. During the term of this Agreement, individuals providing support services will remain full-time employees of their respective employer, who shall continue to be responsible for salary, benefits and retirement contributions. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as creating an employer/employee relationship between the individuals providing support services and the entity receiving the services. Staff providing support services will follow the policies and procedures of their respective employer in conducting the work.
EMPLOYMENT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES. Employee agrees to abide by all of Employer's employment polices and procedures that apply generally to other employees at the same level and responsibility of Employee, as such policies and procedures may be revised from time to time.
EMPLOYMENT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES. Employees are required to comply with OMNA’s policies and procedures as they relate their employment as varied from time to time. Such policies and procedures do not form part of this Agreement.
EMPLOYMENT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES. The Executive agrees to abide by all of the Bank’s employment policies and procedures that apply generally to other senior employees of the Bank. Such policies and procedures may be revised from time to time.
EMPLOYMENT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES. It is further understood that employer recognized that its operations are taking place within a unique cultural setting upon the Three Affiliated Tribes Fort Berthold Indian Reservation. Accordingly, employer, in conjunction with the Director of TERO, will consider and take into account Tribal Holidays and other cultural customs as well as the needs of the business, so as to promote rather that hinder, the employment of resident Indians and Indians.
EMPLOYMENT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES. It is further understood that the employer recognizes that its operations are taken place within a unique cultural setting upon the Leech Lake Reservation. Employers will consider and take into account Tribal Holiday and other cultural customs so as to promote rather than hinder the employment of local Indians and Indians on the operations.
EMPLOYMENT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES. The contract of employment will comprise the terms and conditions contained in this agreement and the Information Handbook of Mini Movers Pty Ltd. The handbook outlines operational procedures and policies as well as employment requirements of dress, personal appearance, and behaviour. Employees agree and accept the Information Handbook (as amended from time to time) to apply as part of the contract of employment. A copy of the Information Handbook has been provided to employees prior to making this agreement.

Employers will consider and take into account Tribal Holidays and other cultural customs so as to promote rather than hinder the employment of Native Americans on the project.
EMPLOYMENT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES. All employees are required to adhere to those rules, policies, procedures and guidelines as detailed in the Employers Safety Management System, Staff Handbook and other manuals as amended from time to time. Although non-compliance with the policies and procedures may result in ultimate dismissal, such policies and procedures do not form part of this Agreement.

Employers will consider and takes into account Tribal Holidays and other cultural customs to promote rather than hinder the employment of Native Americans on the project.
