EMPLOYMENT OF AGENT. Agent shall act as the exclusive agent of owner to manager, operate and maintain the property.
EMPLOYMENT OF AGENT. Property Manager is a licensed real estate agent and shall act as exclusive agent of Landlord to manage, operate and maintain the property.
EMPLOYMENT OF AGENT. Owner hereby employs Agent as Owner's Agent for purpose of leasing or renting the following described property (the Unit): Mountain Managers is appointed as rental agent and agrees to provide rental management, including promotion, unit inventory control, key control, check in service, unit inspections after rental cleans, and a detailed monthly accounting of all revenues and expenses. Owners who have card keys for unit access will not be charged if re-programming or key replacement is needed during normal working hours if it can be completed by Agent's staff. If contracted out, there will be a separate invoice to owner. A service fee will be charged for key services after hours as outlined in Section 7, paragraph D. Owners are responsible for any after hours fees incurred by their guests. Mountain Managers will also make available repair and maintenance services, housekeeping and linen services. Such services will be charged separately to the owner. Housekeeping fees are charged on a flat rate basis for all bookings. Mountain Managers does not warrant against loss, theft, wear and tear, breakage, or loss of income. If an owner elects to do their own cleaning following an owner stay, Managers will inspect the unit and if the unit is not considered to be rental ready or up to the standards of Mountain Managers, housekeeping will perform those tasks necessary to ensure the unit is fully prepped and clean to our specifications. Owner will be billed for any required cleaning service. All cleaning must be accomplished by Mountain Managers except after owner stays when owners may elect to do their own cleaning.
EMPLOYMENT OF AGENT. SFG MORTGAGE hereby employs CMGI to act in the capacity of supervisory managing agent to perform the administrative and ministerial functions with respect to the conduct of SFG MORTGAGE's mortgage lending business as set forth herein. Provided that, CMGI shall at all times serve in its capacity as supervisory managing agent at the direction of SFG MORTGAGE's managers who shall set all policies for SFG MORTGAGE.

EMPLOYMENT OF AGENT. The CITY hereby agrees to engage the AGENT and the AGENT hereby agrees to perform the “Scope of Services” hereinafter set forth. This contract shall be performed in [INSERT COUNTY] County, Texas.

EMPLOYMENT OF AGENT. Agent shall act as the exclusive agent of owner to manage, operate, and maintain the property. BEST EFFORTS OF AGENT On assuming the management and operation of the property, agent shall thoroughly inspect the property and submit a written report to owner whenever necessary. The written report shall contain the opinion of agent concerning the present efficiency under which the property is being managed and operated, and recommended changes, if necessary, in the management structure of the property, in the rehabilitation of the property, and any other matters that will improve the efficient management and operation of the property. After conferring with owner and obtaining approval to make any necessary improvements, agent shall undertake completion of the improvements. SECTION THREE. LEASING OF PROPERTY Agent shall make reasonable efforts to lease available space of the property, and shall be responsible for all negotiations with prospective tenants. Agent shall also have the right to execute and enter into, on behalf of owner, lease agreements of units of the property. Agent may negotiate all extensions and renewals of such tenancies and leases. Agent shall not, without the prior consent of owner, enter into any lease for a term less than 6 months or more than 24 months. Agent shall have the right to make concessions, including rental concessions, as inducements to prospective tenants to occupy the property.
EMPLOYMENT OF AGENT. Upon the basis of the representations, warrants, and agreements herein contained and subject to the terms and conditions herein set forth the Company hereby appoints the Agent as its sales agent to sell for the Company's account and risk the Shares offered by the Prospectus at the public offering price of $1.00 per Share, and upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Sales Agent Agreement including the following:
