In furtherance of same, Association will contact each respective Resident, gain access approval and coordinate the scheduling of AT&T’s (or its subcontractor’s) arrival into the respective residential Units in order for AT&T (or its subcontractor’s) to complete the initial installation of the fiber optic network at the Property according to the agreed schedule. By way of illustration only: Entry to Floor 1, Building C, All Units, the week of 10/15/2017. In an effort to reduce the installation time required, Association will provide its Residents with a common sense to-do list for the day(s) AT&T (or its subcontractor) will require access to the unit, such as securing all pets, removing valuables or delicate perishables from the work area and disengaging any burglar alarms/privacy locks. Additionally, Association will let the Resident know that if Resident wishes to be at home while AT&T works within the unit, AT&T will require that an adult over the age of eighteen (18) be present.
