THE AGENT AS. A BANK The expression "THE BANKS" when used in the Security Documents includes the Agent in its capacity as one of the Banks. The Agent shall be entitled to exercise its rights, powers, discretions and remedies under or pursuant to the Security Documents in its capacity as one of the Banks in the same manner as any other Bank and as if it were not also the Agent.

The Agent shall be entitled to exercise its rights, powers, discretions and remedies under or pursuant to the Security Documents in its capacity as one of the Finance Parties in the same manner as any other Finance Party and as if it were not also the Agent.

  • ABL Administrative Agent means Bank of America in its capacity as administrative agent and collateral agent under the ABL Facilities Documentation, or any successor administrative agent and collateral agent under the ABL Facilities Documentation.

  • Special Agent Advances shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.11 hereof.

  • Supplemental Administrative Agent has the meaning specified in Section 9.13(a) and “Supplemental Administrative Agents” shall have the corresponding meaning.
