Employment of Others. The company may from time to time request that the consultant arrange for the services of others. All costs to the consultant for those services will be paid by the company but in no event shall the consultant employ others without the prior authorization of the company.
Employment of Others. The Transfer Agent may employ, engage, associate or contract with such person or persons, including, without limitation, affiliates and subsidiaries of the Transfer Agent, as the Transfer Agent may deem desirable to assist it in performing its duties under this Agreement without the consent of the Trust; provided, however, that the compensation of such person or persons shall be paid by the Transfer Agent and that the Transfer Agent shall be as fully responsible to the Trust for the acts and omissions of any such person or persons as it is for its own acts and omissions under this Agreement.
Employment of Others. The Administrator may employ, engage, associate or contract with such person or persons, including, without limitation, affiliates and subsidiaries of the Administrator, as the Administrator may deem desirable to assist it in performing its duties under this Agreement without the consent of the Trust; provided, however, that the compensation of such person or persons shall be paid by the Administrator and that the Administrator shall be as fully responsible to the Trust for the acts and omissions of any such person or persons as it is for its own acts and omissions under this Agreement.
Employment of Others. To employ such contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, inspectors, consultants, property managers and other agents as Beneficiary, in its discretion, deems proper for the completion of the Project, for the protection or clearance of title to the Site or Personal Property, or for the protection of Beneficiary's interests with respect thereto.
Employment of Others. The Service Provider shall retain the right to employ agents, subcontractors, consultants and other third parties, including, without limitation, affiliates (each, a “Delegate” and collectively, the “Delegates”) to provide or assist it in the provision of any part of the services stated herein or the discharge of any other obligations or duties under this Agreement without the consent or approval of the Funds. The Service Provider shall be responsible for the acts and omissions of any such Delegate so employed as if the Service Provider had committed such acts and omissions itself. The Service Provider shall be responsible for the compensation of its Delegates.
Employment of Others. State Street may employ, engage, associate or contract with such person or persons (“Engagements”), including, without limitation, affiliates and subsidiaries of State Street, as State Street may deem desirable to assist it in performing its duties under this Agreement without the consent of FT Services; provided, however, that the compensation of such person or persons shall be paid by State Street and that State Street shall be as fully responsible to FT Services for the acts and omissions of any such person or persons as it is for its own acts and omissions under this Agreement.
Employment of Others. The Client may from time to time request that Veridus arrange for the services of others. All costs to Veridus for those services will be paid by the Client but in no event shall Veridus employ others without the prior authorization of the Client. Hourly rates for these additional services will be determined at the time the service is required and agreed to by both parties. In the event Veridus needs to hire additional employees to accommodate the workload, the personnel assigned to the Client will be agreed to by both parties in writing.
Employment of Others. Notwithstanding anything in Section 9.11 to the contrary, the Custodian may employ, engage, associate or contract with such person or persons, including, without limitation, affiliates and subsidiaries of the Custodian, as the Custodian may deem desirable to assist it in performing certain of its non-custodial obligations under this Agreement without the consent of any Fund; provided, however, that the compensation of such person or persons shall be paid by the Custodian and that the Custodian shall be as fully responsible to the Funds for the acts and omissions of any such person or persons as it is for its own acts and omissions under this Agreement
