Employment and Terms. The Company hereby agrees to employ ----------------------- the Executive and the Executive hereby agrees to serve the Company on the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Employment and Terms. The Company hereby agrees to employ the Executive and the Executive hereby agrees to continue to serve the Company for the period commencing on the date this Letter Agreement is executed by the Executive (the “Effective Date”) and expiring three (3) years from that date (the “Initial Term”). The term hereof shall automatically extend and renew for additional periods of twelve (12) months on each date upon which the term otherwise would have expired, unless either the Company or the Executive notifies the other party in writing of its or his intention not to extend or renew said Agreement at least sixty (60) days prior to the expiration date. The Initial Term as such term may be extended hereunder, is hereinafter referred to as the “Term.”
Employment and Terms. (1) Persons satisfying the conditions in the executive order for the relevant training programme may be employed as service assistant/technician trainees.
Employment and Terms is hereby extended so that the expiration date shall be for a term of two (2) years beginning July 1, 1997.

The City hereby agrees to employ Employee on an “at will” basis as its Deputy City Manager/Development Services, and Employee agrees and accepts at will employment upon the terms and conditions set forth herein. The term of this Agreement shall be for three (3) years, unless sooner terminated or extended by the parties as set forth in the agreement. In the event the City Manager determines that the Employee is not to be reemployed upon expiration of this Agreement, he shall be given written notice thereof by the City at least six (6) months in advance of the expiration of the term of this Agreement. Should the City fail to give notice at least six (6) months notice prior to the end date of this Agreement, the Agreement shall be extended on the same terms for an additional period of one (1) year.
Employment and Terms. Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, the Executive shall be employed by PanAmSat, in the position of Chief Executive Officer ("CEO"). The Executive's office shall be located at PanAmSat headquarters in Greenwich, Connecticut, and he shall receive the following salary and shall be eligible for the following employment benefits:

Subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, the Company will employ Employee as Regional Vice President, commencing on the Effective Date hereof and continuing for an initial term ending on the second anniversary of the Effective Date hereof (the "Initial Term"). Except as hereinafter provided in Section 4, this Agreement will automatically renew from year to year after the Initial Term. Either party may terminate Employee's employment effective at the end of the Initial Term or any renewal period by providing thirty (30) days prior written notice to the other party.

Employment and Terms. The Company hereby employs King and King hereby agrees to serve as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The term of this Employment Agreement shall be effective as of the date of this contract and shall terminate two (2) years from such date, unless earlier terminated as hereinafter provided. After the initial term of King's employment, such employment shall be automatically extended for successive one-year periods, unless earlier terminated as hereinafter provided or upon ninety (90) days' advance notice by the Board of Directors to King of its intention to not renew. For each such extension, the terms of employment shall be subject to approval by the Board of Directors and agreed to by King. If agreement cannot be reached, or in the event that the Company decides not to renew this Employment Agreement at any time, the Company agrees to pay King the greater of (i) 200% of his then effective annual salary and (ii) $320,000, in either case in one lump sum payment. In no event shall King be entitled to payment under both this Paragraph 1 and Paragraph 4 (C).
