To Give Notice. To give to the Lessor as soon as practicable:
(i) a copy of any notice or order from any Authority which relates to the Premises and which may give rise to a liability or duty on the Lessor; and
(ii) notice of any defect in the Premises which may give rise to a liability or duty on the Lessor.
To Give Notice. Within one month after the execution of any assignation, charge, transfer or sub-lease or any transmission by reason of a death or otherwise affecting the Premises or any part thereof to produce to and leave with the Landlord or the agents for the time being of the Landlord a copy of the deed, instrument or other document evidencing or effecting such dealing or transmission.
To Give Notice. It becomes the duty of an agent to tell his principal of all facts which vitally affect the subject matter of the agency and which are obtained within the scope of the employment. Matters learned while outside the scope of the employment and which the agent never expects to use need not be communicated to the principal. This rule extends beyond the duty to inform the principal of conflicting interests of third parties in a particular transaction, and imposes upon the agent a duty to give all information which materially affects the interest of the principal. Within seven days of the receipt of notice of the same to give full particulars to the Landlord of any permission notice order or proposal for a notice or order made given or issued to the Tenant by any Government Department or Local or Public Authority under or by virtue of any statutory power and if so required by the Landlord to produce such permission notice or order or proposal for a notice or order to the Landlord and also without delay to take all necessary steps to comply with any such notice or order insofar as the Tenant is responsible for same and also at the request of the Landlord to make or join with the Landlord in making objections or making representations against or in respect of any such notice order or proposal as aforesaid as the Landlord may reasonably require.
