Agreement and Term. A1.1 This Agreement records the Parties' agreement that:
Agreement and Term. The Company hereby employs the Employee, and the Employee hereby accepts such employment and agrees to render services to the Company in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The term of this Agreement shall commence effective May 19, 2003, and shall remain in full force and effect for a period three (3) years thereafter unless terminated prior thereto by either the Company or the Employee as provided herein, and thereafter shall automatically renew for successive one-year terms unless terminated prior thereto by either the Company or the Employee as provided herein. If either the Company or the Employee does not wish to renew this Agreement when it expires at the end of the initial or any renewal term as provided herein or if either the Company or the Employee wish to renew this Agreement on terms different from those contained herein, the Company or the Employee shall give written notice in accordance with Section 9. 3 of such intent to the other party at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the initial term or any renewal term. In the absence of such notice, this Agreement shall be automatically renewed on the same terms and conditions contained herein for a term of one year from the date of expiration of the initial term or renewal term. The parties expressly agree that designation of a term and renewal provisions in this Agreement does not in any way limit the right of the parties to terminate this Agreement at any time as provided herein. Reference herein to the term of this Agreement shall refer both to the initial term or any renewal term, as the context requires.

The Company hereby employs Executive as an employee of the Company, and Executive hereby accepts said employment and agrees to render such services to the Company, on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The term of employment under this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until terminated pursuant to ARTICLE V.

The term of this Agreement shall commence on January 30, 2006, and shall continue from that date for two (2) years unless terminated prior thereto by either the Corporation or the Employee as provided herein, and thereafter shall automatically renew for successive terms unless terminated prior thereto by either the Corporation or the Employee as provided herein. If either the Corporation or the Employee does not wish to renew this Agreement when it expires at the end of the initial or any renewal hereof as provided herein or if either the Corporation or the Employee wishes to renew this Agreement on different terms than those contained herein, the Corporation or the Employee shall give written notice in accordance with Section 9.2 of such intent to the other party at least 30 days prior to the expiration date. In the absence of such notice, this Agreement shall be automatically renewed on the same terms and conditions contained herein for a term of one (1) year from the date of expiration. The Company hereby agrees to continue to employ Executive, and Executive hereby accepts such employment and agrees to render such services to the Company, on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Unless terminated earlier as set forth in Section 4 herein, Executive’s employment and the term under this Agreement shall commence under the terms set forth herein on the Effective Date and shall continue until the third-anniversary of the Effective Date (the “Initial Term”) and, thereafter, shall be extended automatically for successive one-year terms, unless either Executive or the Company gives contrary written notice not less than 60 days in advance of the expiration of the Initial Term or any succeeding term of this Agreement. The Initial Term, together with any extension thereof in accordance with this Section 1, shall be referred to herein as the “Term.”
Agreement and Term. Subject to Executive’s full compliance with Section 2.2 and 2.3 hereof and subject to the provisions of Section 5 hereof, Executive’s employment under this Agreement shall begin as of the date first written above (the “Effective Date”); and shall continue until the third (3rd) anniversary date hereof (“Initial Term”), and thereafter shall automatically review for successive periods of one (1) year (each a “Renewal Term”), unless the Company and the Executive agree to new terms of employment one hundred twenty (120) days before the end of the Initial Term or applicable Renewal Term. The Initial Term and Renewal Term, if any, are referred to herein as the “Term.”
Agreement and Term. The Parties agree that the terms and conditions of this Agreement apply to the license of computer software programs and the provision of services to the COUNTY by VENDOR. The term of this Agreement commences on the Effective Date and the Agreement shall continue in effect until terminated by either party as set forth in this Agreement; provided, however, that the license granted to COUNTY by VENDOR for the Software is perpetual unless terminated as provided for in this Agreement.
Agreement and Term. The Company hereby employs Executive as an employee of the Company, and Executive hereby accepts said employment and agrees to render such services to the Company, on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Unless terminated earlier as set forth herein, the term of employment under this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall end on the fifth anniversary thereof (the “Term”); provided, however, that commencing on the fifth anniversary of the Effective Date and on each anniversary thereafter (each an “Extension Date”), the Term shall be automatically extended for an additional one year period, unless either party gives written notice that the Term shall not be so extended at least sixty (60) days prior to the next Extension Date.
Agreement and Term. From and after the Effective Date, the Company hereby agrees to continue to employ Executive as its Chief Executive Officer, and Executive hereby accepts such employment and agrees to render such services to the Company, on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Unless terminated earlier as set forth in Section 3 herein, Executive’s employment and the term under this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall end on December 31, 2020 (the “Term”).
