EMPLOYER AND UNION TO ACQUAINT NEW EMPLOYEES. The Employer shall acquaint all new employees of the fact that a collective agreement is in effect and introduce all new employees to the branch xxxxxxx, so that the branch xxxxxxx may present a copy of the Collective Agreement to the new employee. This introduction shall take place during the first five days of employment of all new employees. The Employer agrees that a union xxxxxxx will be given an opportunity to interview each new employee within regular hours, without loss of pay, for 15 minutes sometime during the first 30 days of employment for the purpose of acquainting the new employee with the benefits and duties of union membership and the employee's obligations to the Employer and the Union.
