EMPLOYEES’ TIME OFF TO VOTE. Time off with pay to vote at any general or direct primary election shall be granted as provided in the State of California Elections Code, and notice that an employee desires such time off shall be given in accordance with the provisions of said Code.

EMPLOYEES’ TIME OFF TO VOTE. The provisions of Division III, Section 3.7 of the District’s Administrative Code Personnel Policies and Procedures are incorporated herein, and made a part hereof by this reference. Proposed changes to this policy that are within the scope of bargaining will not be implemented without first obtaining the concurrence of the Association.
EMPLOYEES’ TIME OFF TO VOTE. Pursuant to Elections Code section 14000, when the employee is unable to vote outside of the employee's work hours, up to two (2) hours' time off with pay to vote at any general or direct primary election shall be granted at the beginning or end of the employee's scheduled shift, whichever allows the most free time for voting and the least time off from the regular working shift. Such time off with pay to vote shall only be granted if the employee provides at least two working days' notice that time off for voting is desired, unless the nature of the employee's schedule prevents the employee from anticipating the need for time off to vote.

  • Accrued Salary and Paid Time Off On the Separation Date, the Company will pay you all accrued salary, and all accrued and unused vacation earned through the Separation Date, subject to standard payroll deductions and withholdings. You are entitled to these payments by law.

  • Part-time Employees Eligible for Holidays 331. Part-time employees who regularly work a minimum of twenty (20) hours in a bi- weekly pay period shall be entitled to holiday pay on a proportionate basis. 332. Regular full-time employees are entitled to 8/80 or 1/10 time off when a holiday falls in a bi-weekly pay period, therefore, part-time employees, as defined in the immediately preceding paragraph, shall receive a holiday based upon the ratio of 1/10 of the total hours regularly worked in a bi-weekly pay period. Holiday time off shall be determined by calculating 1/10 of the hours worked by the part-time employee in the bi-weekly pay period immediately preceding the pay period in which the holiday falls. The computation of holiday time off shall be rounded to the nearest hour.

  • Accrued 100% sick leave The use of sick leave under this subsection is at the employee's discretion.

  • Accrued Salary and Vacation On the Separation Date, the Company will pay you all accrued salary and all accrued and unused vacation earned through the Separation Date, subject to standard payroll deductions and withholdings. You will receive these payments regardless of whether or not you sign this Agreement.

  • Vacation and Sick Leave At such reasonable times as the Board of Directors shall in its discretion permit, the Employee shall be entitled, without loss of pay, to absent himself voluntarily from the performance of his employment under this Agreement, with all such voluntary absences to count as vacation time; provided that:

  • Holiday Pay for Employees Laid Off An employee who is laid off at the close of business the day before a holiday who has worked not less than five (5) previous consecutive work days shall be paid for the holiday.

  • Vacation and Paid Time Off The Executive shall be entitled to vacation and paid time off in accordance with the standard policies of the Company for executives as in effect from time to time.

  • Vacations and Sick Leave The Executive shall be entitled to paid annual vacation leave in accordance with the policies as established from time to time by the Board of Directors, which shall in no event be less than four weeks per annum. The Executive shall also be entitled to an annual sick leave benefit as established by the Board for senior management employees of the Bank. The Executive shall not be entitled to receive any additional compensation from the Bank for failure to take a vacation or sick leave, nor shall he be able to accumulate unused vacation or sick leave from one year to the next; provided, however, such Executive may carry forward from year to year a maximum of ten days of unused vacation leave.

  • Vacation and Sick Leave Administration (a) for the purposes of administration of clauses 34.11 and 34.12, where an employee does not work the same number of hours each week, the normal workweek shall be the weekly average calculated on a monthly basis.

  • Vacation; Sick Leave During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to not less than four (4) weeks of vacation during each calendar year and sick leave in accordance with the Company’s policies and practices with respect to its executives.
