Free Time definition

Free Time means the period specified in the terminal schedule during which cargo may occupy space assigned to it on terminal property, including off-dock facilities, free of wharf demurrage or terminal storage charges immediately prior to the loading or subsequent to the discharge of such cargo on or off the vessel.
Free Time means 12 days of leave time each calendar year for which the member is not charged for care during absence.
Free Time means the time period specified in this Schedule during whichcargo may occupy space on the Terminal Facilities preceding a vessel’s loading or for removing cargo from the Terminal Facilities after discharge from a vessel before assessment of Wharf Demurrage, Wharf Storage or Terminal Storage charges.

  • Further, casual employees shall not be entitled to an additional day off or part thereof as prescribed by subclauses (iii) and (v) of clause 4, Hours of Work and Free Time of Employees Other Than Directors of Nursing and Area Managers, Nurse Education.

  • Further, part-time employees shall not be entitled to an additional day off or part thereof as prescribed by subclauses (iii) and (v) of clause 4, Hours of Work and Free Time of Employees Other Than Director of Nursing and Area Managers, Nurse Education.

  • Where an employee is entitled to an additional day off duty in accordance with clause 4, Hours of Work and Free Time of Employees other than Directors of Nursing, such day is to be shown on the roster of hours for that employee.

Free Time means the specific period during which cargo may occupy space assigned to it on terminal property free, of demurrage or terminal storage charges, immediately prior to the discharge of such cargo on or off the vessel.
Free Time. - means the time period, set out in or to be set out in a Schedule, calculated from the time when either:
Free Time means 15 days of furlough time each calendar year for which the member is not charged for care during absence.
Free Time means that period of time during which Goods may remain on Authority Property during which no charge is levied;
Free Time means the period of time, specified in the Harbor Tariff, immediately prior to the loading or subsequent to the discharge of such Cargo, when such Cargo may occupy space assigned to it on the Terminal, before the Cargo becomes subject to Wharf Demurrage or Terminal Storage charges.
Free Time means the amount of time cargo is permitted to remain on the Terminal free of charge.
Free Time means the period of time during which cargo may occupy space on the Terminal free of Demurrage following its receipt through the Terminal Gate or a rail facility.
